Why brands work with us

France is one of Europe's largest cycling and mountain sports markets, but it is won shop by shop. Buyers place their pre-orders when a rep walks in with the collection, the arguments and the terms. An independent agent gives you that field presence with no salary, no car, no travel costs: you pay a commission on invoiced sales, and you keep control of your pricing, invoicing and logistics.

How it works

  1. First call. You present the brand, the range, your current French distribution and your goals.
  2. Honest assessment of the potential: which shops, which regions, which price positioning.
  3. Agency agreement under French commercial agent law: territory, exclusivity, commission, targets.
  4. Field launch: target account list, collection presentations, pre-orders.
  5. Follow-up: re-orders, reporting and regular reviews with your export team.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a sales agent and a distributor?

A sales agent sells in the name and on behalf of the brand: retailers order from the brand, which invoices and ships. The agent is paid on commission and holds no stock. A distributor buys the goods, resells them with its own margin and controls the price to retailers. We mainly work as a commissioned sales agent.

How are you paid?

On commission, calculated on the turnover actually invoiced and collected by the brand in the agreed territory. The rate depends on the product category, brand awareness and the opening work required. There is no fixed fee for the brand.

Which territories do you cover?

The Northern and Southern French Alps, the South of France, Paris and Normandy, Andorra, with growing activity in Spain and Switzerland. We define the territory precisely with each brand, down to the department if needed.

Do you represent competing brands?

No. We deliberately keep a small, complementary portfolio: one brand per product category.

Which languages do you work in?

French, English and Spanish. Our current brands are German, American, Italian and Andorran.
